1. Core work responsibilities

1.1. Customer reception and itinerary management: Welcome Hong Kong residents or customers who travel to Hong Kong to purchase Hong Kong insurance, coordinate the entire itinerary, activity planning and on-site services to ensure a smooth customer experience.

1.2. Maintain existing customers: Respond to inquiries from insured customers, conduct regular holiday greetings, and promptly notify customers of policy changes and renewal reminders, and continue to follow up on customer needs.

1.3. Activity organization and customer reach: Plan and participate in relevant activities of Hong Kong's elderly care institutions, build a customer communication bridge; organize small business meetings or customer salons to enhance customer stickiness.

1.4. Social media account operation: Daily production and publication of Hong Kong insurance-related publicity materials and customer stories, and overall management of 7-8 social media accounts (including mainstream platforms in Hong Kong and commonly used pipelines in the mainland).

1.5. Business learning and professional answers: Actively participate in internal training, master standardized communication methods, and clearly explain to customers the advantages of Hong Kong insurance, the community insurance value and the logic of fund flows.

2. Job Requirements

2.1. Hold a Hong Kong permanent resident identity card or valid work visa, bachelor's degree or above (with a preference for finance, insurance, accounting, and marketing related majors),

2.2. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities (can handle email communication, customer inquiries)

2.3. The Hong Kong Insurance Regulatory Authority (HKIRA) requires that insurance introduction be conducted with a Hong Kong insurance intermediary qualification examination (IIQE) license. If you do not have a Hong Kong insurance intermediary qualification examination (IIQE) license, you will need to take the exam during your probationary period to obtain it. You must have a Hong Kong insurance intermediary qualification examination (IIQE) license to be able to conduct your work normally.

2.4. Proficient in Office office software.

2.5. Understand the basic operating skills of self-media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, whatsapp group, Xiaohongshu, WeChat public number, etc.)

2.6. Will use AI to create short videos.

2.7. Have strong customer service awareness, patience and attention to detail, and be able to quickly respond to customer needs and efficiently solve problems.

2.8. Outstanding copywriting skills, good at digging out customer stories, and able to produce promotional content that resonates with target audiences.

2.9. Strong coordination and organizational skills, able to independently complete itinerary planning, small-scale event planning and execution.

2.10. Have good learning abilities, and be willing to actively accept insurance professional knowledge training to quickly grasp the core points of business.
