Duties include:

1. Strategic planning and market expansion

1.1 Develop a group globalization business expansion strategy, focusing on the New Energy, Intelligent Manufacturing, and New Materials fields, and leading political and business cooperation, channel layout and local operation in emerging markets (Middle East, Southeast Asia, North America) ;

1.2 Identify and evaluate cross-border M&A, joint venture and cooperation opportunities, lead the completion of target screening, feasibility study and transaction structure design;

1.3 Build a government relations network, promote strategic cooperation with the investment bureau and industry associations of the target market.

2. Revenue growth and partner relationship management

2.1 Annual revenue growth target: not less than 20% of the group's total revenue;

2.2 Lead key customer business negotiations, sign long-term supply agreements;

2.3 Manage strategic partner ecosystem, including technical cooperation partners, EPC contractors, financial institutions, etc.

3. Cross-departmental collaboration and team building

3.1 Collaborate with CFO team to design cross-border investment and financing solutions, and co-optimize supply chain landing efficiency;

3.2 Build and lead an international business expansion team, establish performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms.

4. Risk Management and Compliance

4.1 Evaluate geopolitical, exchange rate fluctuations and trade barriers risks, and formulate hedging strategies;

4.2 Ensure all cooperation complies with Hong Kong's Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the compliance requirements of the target country.

Qualifications for employment

Educational background: MBA or master's degree in engineering/finance, CFA/CPM certification preferred;

Work experience: More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing or cross-border trade business expansion, with 5 years of management position experience, and successful project cases in the Middle East/Southeast Asia;

Core skills:

Proficient in market analysis tools (such as PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces) and financial modeling;

Exceptional cross-cultural negotiation skills (proficient in English, Mandarin) ;

Familiar with international engineering contracting (EPC), joint venture agreements (JVA), etc. Legal framework.

Requirements: Result-oriented, risk-sensitive, and adaptable to high-frequency travel.
