<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in designing, developing, and implementing BI reports, dashboards, and data models tailored to client needs.</li><li>Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and conduct detailed data analysis to generate valuable insights.</li><li>Develop clear and engaging visualizations in Power BI or Tableau that effectively communicate findings and support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Organize and structure data from various sources into scalable and efficient data models to underpin analysis and reporting.</li><li>Acquire knowledge of client industries, offer training, and support the adoption of BI tools and solutions.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in BI, data analytics, and data engineering to continuously improve services and incorporate new tools as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>2–3 years of hands-on experience in a data-focused role such as aData Analyst,BI Analyst,BI Developer, orBI Consultant.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in turning business requirements into analytical reports and dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Power BI, including advances DAX, Power Query, and dashboard/report development.</li><li>Strong Proficiency in Tableau, including the use of filters, calculated fields, level of Detail expressions and visualization best practices.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical clients</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consulting environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with Alteryx and python programming is a plus.</li><li>Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.</li></ul>
