Biotechnology Researcher

[Job Responsibilities]

1. Independently undertake molecular biology-related research projects, including experimental design, data collection and analysis, result interpretation and paper writing;

2. Participate in aquatic project application and implementation, promote the transformation and application of project results;

3. Guide graduate students and research assistants to conduct experimental operations, and cultivate reserve forces of research teams;

4. Regularly report research progress, and establish cooperative relationships with domestic and foreign top laboratories.

[Job Requirements]

1. Have already obtained or will soon obtain a doctoral degree in molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, etc.;

2. Have solid molecular biology experimental skills (such as PCR, Western Blot, plasmid construction, gene knockout, etc.), and be familiar with at least two cutting-edge technologies (such as CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing, single-cell sequencing, proteomics analysis, etc.;

3. Have published high-level research papers (impact factor ≥ 5) as first author in SCI journals;

4. Have good English reading and writing skills, be able to independently write international academic conference abstracts and English papers;

5. Love scientific research work, have team spirit, and be able to adapt to a high-intensity research environment;

6, Need to work in a fish pond for a year or more, accumulating first-line work experience
