Job Description
Technical Knowledge
Basic understanding of IT or business solutions (cloud, networking, software, digital transformation)
Ability to learn and articulate how solutions address customer pain points
Familiarity with CRM tools or pipeline tracking systems (advantage)
Sales & Client-Facing Skills
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client challenges
Assist in preparing and delivering solution demos, proposals, and presentations
Support senior sales and technical teams through negotiations and deal progression
Build trust-based relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
Operational & Administrative Skills
Maintain accurate CRM records
Track client engagement activities
