Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for residential property sales, including customer reception, property introduction, leading inspections and assisting with the completion of the purchase and sale process.
Through phone calls, social platforms and on-the-ground expansion to potential customers, build and maintain a personal customer network.
Search suitable properties according to customer needs, provide professional market analysis and purchasing advice, and enhance the chances of a successful transaction.
Flexible work schedule (4 to 8 hours per day), you can coordinate the inspection, negotiation and signing of contracts according to your personal rhythm.
No need to return to the company regularly, support remote work mode, and process all transaction documents and system operations electronically.
Work requirements
Must hold a valid real estate salesperson license issued by the Hong Kong Real Estate Agents Authority.
Have secondary school diploma or equivalent academic qualifications; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply, with no relevant work experience required.
Fluent Cantonese is a must, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills, able to communicate smoothly with diverse background customers.
Responsibility, proactivity, and service awareness, ability to independently plan work progress, and maintain stable output under flexible working hours.
