Job Requirements</p><p>· Good Cantonese, writing and speaking skills</p><p>· More than 5 years of experience in renovation/engineering management</p><p>· Coordinate the entire project process, develop construction plans, and monitor site progress, quality, and safety.</p><p>· Supervise the installation of furniture, plumbing, painting, etc., to ensure that the construction standards and drawing specifications are consistent. </p><p>· Coordinate customers, construction teams and suppliers, effectively communicate and solve various problems on site.</p><p>· Control project costs and materials to ensure smooth acceptance and delivery of the engineering project.</p><p>· Work 6 days a week</p><p></p><p>3.
