Property Agent Consulting Position Description

Job Responsibilities:

One, customer development and maintenance

1. Actively seek out potential customers and build a stable customer relationship network.

2. Regularly visit customers, understand their property needs and provide professional advice.

3. Assist customers in completing property purchases or leases, ensuring a smooth process.

II. Market analysis and strategy formulation

1. Collect and analyze real estate market data, and grasp the latest market dynamics.

2. Develop effective marketing strategies based on market trends to increase conversion rates.

3. Study competitors' business models, adjust our own service solutions to maintain competitive advantage.

Three. Transaction coordination and execution

1. Responsible for the entire transaction process, including document preparation and review.

2. Coordinate the interests of both parties, promote transaction completion, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. Provide follow-up services to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

One. Professional background and experience

1. Have real estate-related professional education or work experience in related fields.

2. Hold a valid real estate agency license or relevant qualification certificate.

II. Personal qualities and abilities

2. Excellent sales skills and business negotiation techniques.

3. Be sensitive to numbers, have basic financial knowledge and analysis skills.
