Job Responsibilities:

• Mainly responsible for prepare and issue Sales order,work with Warehouse for arranging delivery of products.
• Process delivery orders and prepare delivery note & return note etc logistics documents;
• Handle customers inquiries and request, ensure customer order is fulfilled and respond delivery enquiries to customers on a timely manner;
• Coordinate logistics operations with warehouse and communicate with internal departments to monitor logistics issues;
• Provide support to prepare quotation and documents for pricing and tender submission;
• Provide administrative/ general support to Sales
• Maintain accurate records in systems and document filing;
• Handle office administrative support and assist to prepare reports;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 3 years work experience, preferred in Customer Service / technical support;
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, careful, willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
