Job Responsibilities<br>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for daily accounting, invoice verification, and monthly closing work to ensure accurate and timely financial data; prepare Chinese and English financial statements and provide related financial analysis support.</li>
<li>Responsible for the declaration of Hong Kong company's profit tax and employees' salary tax, coordinate the annual audit matters, and assist executives or employees to complete personal tax declarations.</li>
<li>Familiar with the Hong Kong "High Talent Pass" visa renewal policy, assist in collecting and sorting out financial information required for the visa, and communicate and connect with the human resources department.</li>
<li>Understand the financial system and cost calculation process of Chinese mainland factories, assist in completing cross-border financial data reconciliation and related information exchange and integration between Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing annual audit, bank annual audit and financial annual report required information, and maintain good communication and collaboration with external auditors, tax authorities and banks.</li>
<li>Responsible for archiving and managing contracts, invoices, payment vouchers, and tax documents, ensuring that the files are complete and compliant; familiar with using Xero, QuickBooks, Kingdee, and Yonex accounting software systems. </li>

Work requirements<br>
<ul>
<li>College degree or above, accounting, finance or relevant professional background.</li>
<li>Have at least 3 years of practical experience in Hong Kong company accounting and taxation.</li>
<li>Familiar with China's mainland accounting system and factory cost calculation process, those who are familiar with it will be given priority. </li>
<li>Proficient in written and oral expression in Chinese and English, with preference for Cantonese fluency.</li>
<li>Work carefully, be proactive, and take strong responsibility, with good cross-regional communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>
