This role requires a creative visionary with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of audience engagement, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You help booking talent, managing daily show operations, coordinating sound, and keeping the crowd energized. The role also acts as the bridge between the DJs, performers and guests. You will collaborate with creative teams, performers and external vendors to deliver high-quality entertainment content across various platforms and venues. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience preferences to ensure the entertainment offerings remain fresh, innovative, and competitive.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement entertainment strategies and schedules

· Planning for weekly lineup and set times for acts

· Recruiting resident DJ and booking international artists

· Making sure the sound system is functioning and sounding perfectly

· Manage entertainment budgets and allocate resources effectively

· Coordinate with marketing team to promote entertainment events

· Ensure all entertainment content aligns with brand identity and audience expectations

· Analyze audience feedback and performance metrics to improve offerings

· Oversee production timelines and ensure timely delivery of content

· Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas

Requirements

· Diploma or above in related field

·Minimum 8 years’ of relevant experience in nightclub music entertainment management

· Fluent in written and spoken English and French is preferable

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Creative mindset with a strong sense of audience engagement

· Experience with budgeting and financial planning

· Familiarity with digital media and emerging entertainment technologies
