Job Description

Duties:
Business operation support

Coordinate and handle daily business affairs to ensure efficient business process operation
Lead the full life cycle of business management for a project (including planning, price negotiation, contract signing)
Responsible for the full process management of business documents: drafting/revision/file management of commercial letters, application documents and legal contracts

Financial Collaborative Management

Maintain business databases and ensure real-time and accurate system information updates

Strategic collaboration support

Prepare for business meetings and participate in important customer negotiations
Handling sudden business events and providing feasible solutions
Coordinate external and internal reception work, maintain institutional cooperative relations

Requirements:
Business/Management Bachelor's degree or above

Mandarin, Cantonese business level, English with fluent reading and writing abilities
MS Office Advanced Application Skills (Excel Data Modeling/PowerPoint Business Presentation)
