Responsibilities

• Responsible for human resources work, including but not limited to salary and benefits, recruitment, salary management, MPF management, and tax reporting

• Assist with daily accounting work and maintain accurate and timely accounting records

• Provide secretarial support and schedule management

• Responsible for office daily administrative work

• Complete other temporary tasks

Qualifications for employment

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related fields

• Proficient in human resources management, able to handle various human resources tasks

• In-depth understanding of Hong Kong employment regulations and other relevant laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Able to collaborate with team members to complete on-site work

• Immediate employment is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to compensation & benefits, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll, MPF administration, and tax reporting

• Assist in general accounting duties and maintain accurate up-to-date records

• Provide secretarial support and schedule management.

• Handle all round office administration including organizing staff functions and events.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in HR Management and handling general Human Resources functions.

• Strong understanding of Labor and Employment and other related law to ensure organizational compliance.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.

• Immediately available is highly preferred
