<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the management and service platform to ensure availability and stability</li><li>Promptly respond to and escalate platform technical issues to safeguard smooth business processes</li><li>Collaborate with the development team to relay user requirements, drive platform functionality optimization and user experience enhancement</li><li>Assist in data entry, updates, and management to ensure data accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Participate in system upgrades and new feature testing to guarantee post-upgrade stability and reliability</li><li>Implement platform security policies and procedures, monitor potential security threats, prevent data breaches and unauthorized access, and ensure platform information security</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, address platform operation inquiries, provide basic technical support, and enhance customer satisfaction</li><li>Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Communications, System Integration, or related fields</li><li>Prior experience in general aviation or drone services preferred; familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations</li><li>Proficient in operating management and service platforms, performing fault diagnosis and troubleshooting</li><li>Demonstrate strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to promptly address and resolve unexpected technical issues</li><li>Exhibit high accountability and excellent teamwork spirit, capable of effective collaboration within a team environment</li><li>Possess strong communication skills and customer service awareness to establish effective communication with users and resolve their issues</li><li>Willingness and ability to continuously learn new technologies, adapt to technological advancements, and consistently enhance professional capabilities in the field</li></ul>
