Job Description
- Responsible for the daily preparation and execution of Western cuisine, including appetizers, main courses, desserts, and other full-course dishes
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to complete opening preparation, operational support and closing cleaning, maintain a clean and orderly back kitchen and properly maintain equipment
- Collaborate with the chef or kitchen supervisor on new dish development testing, seasonal menu adjustments, and internal taste feedback
- Proficient in basic Western cooking techniques (such as sous-vide, roasting, grilling, sautéing), sauce preparation, and knife skills
- Have good time management and multi-task processing skills, and be able to stabilize the output of high-quality dishes during peak hours
- Prioritization of food safety and hygiene standards, holding valid food handler health certificates and basic food safety training certificates
- Team player with a willingness to communicate, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and accept flexible scheduling
