<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Supervise the customer services team (in HK, SG and Malaysia) for the daily operations and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines</p></li><li><p>Responsible for handling account opening (both retail and corporate clients), on-boarding customer KYC check, customer due diligence, etc</p></li><li><p>Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints</p></li><li><p>Assist to revamp the workflow</p></li><li><p>Work closely with compliance, internal audit, operations and related departments for all client data issues</p></li><li><p>Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines</p></li><li><p>Holder of SFC License (Type 1 RO) </p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years related experience in customer services / client onboarding, in which 3 years in team lead role</p></li><li><p>Candidates from brokerage firms are highly preferred</p></li><li><p>Familiar with SFC regulations and guidelines</p></li><li><p>Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)</p></li><li><p>Immediately available preferred</p></li></ul><p>We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
