Work content:<br><br>As a branch manager, you will be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the branch, lead the team to achieve business goals, and ensure that customers receive a service experience that exceeds their expectations.<br><br>1. Daily operations and management:<br><br>· Responsible for the daily reception, operation, sanitation and safety management of the branch, ensuring that all links are smooth and unimpeded.<br>· Supervise the front desk, floor, bar and technical support, etc. various departments of the hotel's coordination and operation, handling emergencies and customer complaints. <br>· Strictly control internal costs, including labor, materials and operating expenses, to enhance overall profitability.<br><br>2. Team building and management:<br><br>· Responsible for recruiting, training, motivating and managing front-line employee teams, building an efficient and positive work atmosphere.<br>· Design employee shift schedules and conduct performance evaluations of subordinates, helping team members set personal development goals.<br><br>3. Business and sales promotion:<br><br>· Lead the team to achieve the company's key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.<br>· Plan and execute in-store promotion activities and member development plans to attract new customers and enhance the loyalty of existing customers.<br>· Analyze business data and market trends, and develop and adjust sales strategies to enhance store profitability.<br><br>4. Service and quality control:<br><br>· Adhere to the company's service standards, regularly inspect room equipment, sound effects and environmental hygiene, and ensure quality standards are met.<br>· Actively collect customer feedback, continuously optimize service processes, and enhance overall customer experience.<br><br>5. Administrative and reporting:<br><br>· Responsible for managing the store's cash flow, accounts, and daily administrative work. <br>· Regularly report to the regional director or headquarters on the operating status, performance, and management issues of the branches.<div><br></div><div>II. Recruitment Requirements:<br><br>· Education and experience:<br> · Second 5 or above.<br> · Have at least 3 years or above of entertainment and leisure industry (such as KTV, hotel, catering, club) management experience. Those with large-scale chain brand management experience are preferred. <br>· Management skills:<br> · Outstanding leadership and team building skills, able to effectively motivate and manage a team of over 20 people.<br> · Have good conflict resolution and decision-making skills, and be able to calmly cope with high-pressure situations.<br>· Business thinking:<br> · Have strong business acumen and cost control awareness, be sensitive to numbers, and be able to drive business growth through data analysis.<br>· Personal traits:<br> · Active and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and customer service awareness. <br> · Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to shift work and holiday schedules.<br>· Technical requirements:<br> · Familiar with computer word processing (such as Word, Excel) and basic POS system operations. <br></div>
