Job Title: Immigration Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Specializing in immigration applications for the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia, we provide professional and personalized immigration planning and consultation advice to customers in Mainland China and Hong Kong.

• Handle the entire process of the client's immigration application, including eligibility assessment, document preparation, visa category analysis, application process follow-up, interview support, and approval result tracking.

• Proactively develop potential customers, clarify customer needs and explain suitable solutions through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and online conferences, and continuously maintain customer relationships to enhance referral rates and the probability of repeat commissions.

• Collaborate with internal teams (such as copywriters, legal consultants) and overseas partners to integrate resources and ensure that visa applications from various countries meet the latest policy requirements and official approval standards.

• Regularly participate in immigration law update training and practical case discussions, understand the dynamic of mainstream visa pathways in the target country, including the UK Skilled Worker, US EB-2/EB-3, Canadian Express Entry, Australian 189/190, etc.

• Have a bachelor's degree or above; have actually participated in at least one immigration application case in a country (England / America / Canada / Australia), familiar with its common visa types, basic application conditions and official application procedures.

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English skills, able to independently conduct bilingual communication, understand official documents and clearly explain complex immigration information to customers of different backgrounds.

• Have good expression and empathy, strong sense of responsibility, goal-oriented, able to work independently and adapt to diverse service scenes.

• Have the ability to meet customers outside, be able to drive or use public transportation according to your needs to the customer's location (company provides a travel allowance); accept occasional Saturday work, which will be arranged for compensation or an additional allowance.

• Adapt to a mixed work mode (office, home work and out-of-town visits), and efficiently execute tasks during the daily 10:00-18:00 core hours.

• Generous salary structure: The first two months are guaranteed to be about HKD 22,000-30,000; after the period, the base salary is 30,000-45,000 + performance bonus, with a monthly total of up to 40,000-60,000, flexible and negotiable.
