Build and lead a high-performance team to provide exceptional customer service experiences</p><p>2. Timely handling of customer feedback and complaints, and improving customer satisfaction with services</p><p>3. Inventory management includes store replenishment, expiration date monitoring, and daily goods in and out, etc. </p><p>4. Manage and monitor the execution of company and store operating policies, rules and procedures in accordance with company standards</p><p>5. Analyze the store's sales data to determine its performance, and promptly develop and implement action plans to improve results</p><p>6. Provide effective workplace training and coaching to store employees, motivate the team and provide timely performance feedback </p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>1. Secondary Five/Secondary Six DSE level</p><p>2. Good Cantonese; Good Mandarin; Good English</p><p>3. Have good communication skills and expression ability</p><p>4.. Two or more years of pet industry and equivalent position experience or 3 years of retail store management experience</p><p> 5. Punctuality, proactive, sense of responsibility, and pet care experience are preferred.
