Job Description
1. Ensure that in daily operations, people, systems and equipment are ordered and efficient
2. Manage daily operations during the shift to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations that comply with safety and security industry standards
3. Regularly inspect key warehouse processes, including air cargo handling, aviation security, ULD decking quality, truck operation status, etc.
4. Regularly review operating procedures and manuals, and assist in the development of employee and outsourced service provider training plans
5. Ensure that all operational areas within the warehouse comply with industry regulatory requirements and customer-defined service standards during regular shifts
7. Lead outsourced service provider employees in executing daily operations
8. Responsible for liaison with upstream logistics centers, arranging trucks and air freight stations and airlines to hand over goods and documents
9. Familiar with the company's emergency and accident handling procedures, in case of special circumstances, assist the on-duty manager to activate the emergency plan
10. Ensure effective communication with internal and external colleagues and relevant stakeholders on daily operations
11. Perform IT system and digitalization application operations (such as internal WMS, external systems, etc.), provide insights for system function upgrades, and achieve higher operating efficiency through digitalization
12. Monitor team work ethics and ensure a safe and clean work environment
