<p><strong>About the role</strong></p><ul><li><p>Drive the debt collection of assigned customer portfolio.</p></li><li><p>Manage the enquiries/ disputes with external and internal stakeholders to accelerate the payment process.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and report the overdue accounts and potential risks.</p></li><li><p>Carry out appropriate action for delinquent or problematic accounts. </p></li><li><p>Assist in the credit review process.</p></li><li><p>Prepare various reports & analysis to support management decisions .</p></li><li><p>Support legal processes for debt collection.</p></li><li><p>Perform ad-hoc project as assigned.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma holder or above in accounting related disciplines.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of experience in credit collection field. </p></li><li><p>Proficient in MS Excel & Word.</p></li><li><p>Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. </p></li><li><p>Detailed minded, willing to learn, good communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li></ul>
