Job Description
Supervise and manage the front desk daily operations (including maintaining a full WhatsApp/group chat response mechanism when both colleagues are present).
Full implementation and assistance to parents/students to download and apply iSchool App, manage CMS financial collection system.
Entry Requirements:
College degree or above, with at least 2 years of education institution or customer service management experience.
Have excellent crisis management skills and team leadership abilities.
Highly pursue customer experience (Customer Experience, CX).
