Job Responsibilities:

I. Provide technical support and services

2. Provide startup services for new model, and provide professional operation training on site to ensure customers can correctly use the equipment.

3. Regularly conduct product knowledge, simulator operations and other related skills training for factories, trading companies and their customers, and enhance their professional level.

II. Participate in product development and quality improvement

4. Work closely with the host department, participate in the design and development process of the product, provide on-site feedback and suggestions, and promote product performance optimization.

5. Actively participate in on-site product quality improvement projects, assist in analyzing the root cause of problems and developing effective solutions, and improve product stability and reliability.

Requirements:

One. Professional background and experience

1. Have a full-time bachelor's degree, majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering, with solid theoretical foundations.

2. Have 2 to 5 years of mechanical service or design and development related work experience, familiar with equipment operation principles and maintenance processes, and have rich practical operation experience.

3. Relevant experience in mining and construction will be given priority, especially those familiar with the unique equipment in this field.

II. Technical skills and quality

4. Proficient in hydraulic/electrical engineering knowledge, able to analyze structural, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical system files fluently, and have good engineering abilities.
