Job Title: VP/Director of Asset Management Operations – Corporate Services – Hong Kong

About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, execution-oriented VP/Director of Operations to oversee daily operational functions across our asset management platform. You will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless fund lifecycle management and support rapid business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily fund operations, including investment operations, cash management, reconciliation, valuation and NAV oversight, reporting, and investor servicing.

• Establish and maintain a robust operational framework — including policies, controls, and SOPs — to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

• Implement sound operational risk management practices, including ongoing monitoring, review mechanisms, and a well-structured internal control environment.

• Drive process optimization and operational scalability through workflow standardization and cross-functional coordination.

• Lead firm-wide digital transformation of operations, including the implementation and enhancement of internal/external systems and data governance frameworks.

• Manage third-party relationships with custodians, fund administrators, and other operational service providers.

• Partner closely with internal teams and business stakeholders to deliver seamless operational support aligned with the firm's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, FRM, or equivalent preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in asset management operations, investment operations, or financial services.

• Strong command of end-to-end fund lifecycle operations (fund setup, trade settlement, fund accounting, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, client reporting).

• Proven track record in operational framework design, process improvement, and internal control implementation.

• Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation, system implementation/enhancement, and data governance programs within asset management.

• Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard OMS/PMS platforms.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Assistant Vice President/Executive Director – Asset Management Business Department-Enterprise Services – Hong Kong

About the position

Job Description

• Supervise and execute daily fund operations, including investment operations, cash management, reconciliation, valuation and supervision of net asset value, reporting and investor services.

• Establish and maintain a robust operating framework (including policies, control measures and standard operating procedures) to ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance.

• Implement robust operational risk management practices, including continuous monitoring, review mechanisms, and a structurally sound internal control environment.

• Through standardization of work processes and effective cross-departmental collaboration, drive process optimization and operational scalability.

• Lead the company-wide operational digital transformation, including the implementation and continuous optimization of internal and external systems, and the establishment of a data governance framework.

• Management and custodian bank, fund administrator and other operational service providers' third-party relationships.

• Work closely with internal teams and business partners to provide seamless operational support aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics or related fields; those with CPA, FRM, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred.

• Proficient in the full life cycle of fund operations, including fund establishment, trade settlement, fund accounting, reconciliation, supervisory reports and customer reports.

• In the design of operating frameworks, process improvement and internal control implementation, we have solid success experiences.

• Have evidence-based experience in leading digital transformation, system implementation/optimization projects, and data governance projects in the asset management field.

• Proficient in using industry-standard OMS/PMS platforms.

• Excellent analysis, organization, and problem-solving skills.
