Salary composition:

1. No responsibility base salary of 6-12K (specifically based on education level + annual salary + interview performance) + high commission + high quarterly bonuses, sales champion monthly income of 30-80K, plus year-end bonuses.

One. Job Responsibilities:

1. Company existing customers and self-developed customers’ daily maintenance and management, to achieve the predetermined sales targets.

2. Through industry exhibitions, seminars, associations and other platforms to obtain customer resources and follow up, promote sales, and accumulate customers.

3. Company allocation of resources and business opportunities in a timely manner, promote sales, and accumulate customers

4. Understand industry trends and competitor dynamics, and provide market information and potential opportunities to the company.

II. Job Requirements:

1. Material or chemical related professional background, bachelor's degree or above.

2. Polymer, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry major is preferred.

4. Have the ability to independently develop and maintain customer experiences.

Three. Salary composition:

Four. Training and promotion direction:

1. Master's guidance + upon employment, the company will provide 15-30 days of paid training + later will also regularly organize some new product knowledge training;

1. Management channel promotion: Supervisor (0.6-1 year cycle) - Supervisor (1-3 year cycle) - Manager (3-6 year cycle) - Supervisor (6-8 year cycle) - General Manager (8-10 year cycle)

2. Professional promotion channel: Junior Officer (0.6 to 2 years) - Intermediate Officer (2 to 4 years) - Senior Officer (4 to 7 years) - Senior Officer (7 to 10 years) - Expert Level (10 years or more)
