- Assist Project Manager/Project Engineer to overall project operation and co-ordination

**Position Title: Assistant Engineer (Electrical)

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Provide support to the Project Manager and Project Engineer in overseeing the overall operation and coordination of projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.

2. Prepare necessary electrical drawings, technical documents, and statutory submissions required for project compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

3. Coordinate material ordering processes, working closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

4. Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and proposing solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.

5. Participate in site inspections, quality checks, and safety assessments to ensure all electrical installations meet design specifications and safety requirements.

**Requirements:**

1. Possess a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with preference given to candidates with relevant internship or work experience.

2. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

3. Have proficient knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and documentation practices, with familiarity in using CAD software being advantageous.

4. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.

5. Show commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance, with an understanding of local building codes and standards preferred.
