<p>Duties:</p><p></p><p>2. According to the department's procurement performance indicators, carry out reasonable performance target allocation and execution, follow up and supervise the execution process and results of performance indicators, be responsible for the completion result of performance indicators, and set KPI examination;</p><p></p><p></p><p>5. Regular business trips for visits;</p><p>6. Drive the implementation of the company's vision, development philosophy, and core values;</p><p>7. Enhance team cohesion, arrange team building activities and naked heart meetings;</p><p>8. Enhance team resource integration capabilities. </p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Foreign language (English or Spanish), fluent in speaking and writing;</p><p>2. Familiar with overseas social media platforms, understand the operation process and relevant laws and regulations of trade import and export, and have some knowledge of foreign trade;</p><p>3. More than 3 years of import and export related business work experience, with at least 2 years of management work experience, cosmetics, luxury goods related experience is preferred;</p><p>4. Business understanding ability, good communication skills, business negotiation skills, product architecture and output ability.</p>
