Job Description
Duties:
Completely responsible for special asset management and bad asset disposal, formulate and implement asset recovery strategies, and maximize asset recovery rates.
Lead the team to conduct risk assessment, asset restructuring, debt restructuring and legal recovery to ensure compliance and efficient execution.
Collaborate with business departments, legal counsel and external agencies to promote complex asset disposal projects.
Regularly report to management on asset recovery progress and risk control, and propose optimization suggestions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, finance, law, economics or related fields are preferred.
10 years of experience in special asset management at a bank or financial institution, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
Strong recycling abilityIn large-scale complex asset recovery projects, there are successful cases.
Proficient in relevant laws and regulations, with good negotiation skills and risk control ability.
Have strategic thinking, stress resistance ability and excellent communication and coordination skills.
