<p></p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Supervise and enforce company administrative rules and regulations, ensure a clean and orderly office environment, and maintain daily office order.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the purchase, registration and distribution management of office supplies, and the overall planning of vehicle dispatch and logistics support affairs. </p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Manage company contracts and document systems, handle internal document preparation, external document receipt and archiving, and ensure accurate information flow.</p></li><li><p>Assist cross-departmental communication and resource coordination, effectively communicate information, and complete other administrative and business support tasks assigned by superiors.</p></li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ol><li><p>Bachelor's degree, no work experience required, fresh graduates or those seeking to develop administrative and business careers are welcome to apply.</p></li><li><p>Able to communicate fluently in English, with the ability to handle English emails and participate in English business exchanges.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with basic administrative reception etiquette, have good crisis response skills and service awareness, and be able to properly respond to sudden situations (ladies first).</p></li><li><p>English for daily communication, with proficiency in Chinese, English, and Cantonese. Candidates with excellent skills in all three languages are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Responsibility, attention to detail, and stability are key traits.
