Job Responsibilities

• During the exhibition period, adapt to the on-site rhythm and flexibly schedule your tasks within the designated time frame, completing daily 4 to 8 hours of on-site filming, and adapting to temporary adjustments to your work schedule;

• After the end of the day's work, according to the regulations, sort out the original files and submit selected photos (RAW and JPG format), ensure that the file name is clear, the classification is orderly, and meets the subsequent editing or promotional use needs;

• The company will provide photographic equipment

• Have basic photography knowledge and practical operation skills, be familiar with DSLR or mirrorless camera operation, master the exposure three elements, white balance setting and common lens application;

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, to meet the on-site interaction needs of local and international exhibition participants;

• Have some knowledge or interest in the exhibition industry, have keen visual observation and rapid composition judgment, and be able to stabilize the output of high-quality images in crowded crowds and complex lighting environments;

• Hold a valid Hong Kong permanent resident identity, or have been approved for a high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), an excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), a non-local graduate retention/hireback arrangement (IANG) and other qualified visas;

• Competitive hourly wage, ranging from HKD 130 to 180 per hour, accurately calculated based on actual attendance, with a clear and timely payment cycle;

• Provide exhibition site work certificate and necessary support materials (such as temporary storage space, rest area, drinking water, etc.), ensuring basic work convenience and dignity;

• Outstanding performers will be given priority to participate in future extensions or other collaborative projects, establishing long-term and stable part-time cooperative relationships;

• Enjoy legally compliant labor rights protection, including reasonable work schedule arrangements, safe work environment, and team atmosphere that respects personal professional autonomy.
