<p>Answer and process incoming calls, lobby reception, and handle daily security work according to the supervisor's arrangement</p><p>Customer Service Representative ( 9 hours)<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br></p><ul><li>Answer and process incoming calls, providing professional customer consultation and complaint handling services</li><li>Responsible for lobby reception work, including visitor registration, guidance and assistance to customers to solve problems</li><li>According to the superior's arrangement, carry out daily security-related tasks, such as patrolling, monitoring equipment management, etc.</li><li>Record and report abnormal events to ensure the safety and order of the premises</li><li>Assist in completing other administrative or support tasks assigned by the supervisor</li></ul><p><br>Requirements:<br></p><ul><li>Secondary school graduates or those with relevant work experience are given priority</li><li>Have good communication skills, be able to handle customer inquiries with politeness and professionalism</li><li>Have basic computer operation knowledge, be able to use office software and communication tools fluently</li><li>Shift work is required, and you must be able to adapt to long periods of standing and different work environments</li><li>Must hold a security training certificate or relevant qualifications</li></ul>
