Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the restaurant's standard menu and requirements, complete the preparation of various dishes to ensure stable output quality and meet the standards.

2. Collaborate with the kitchen team to complete daily pre-meal preparation work, including food processing, seasoning preparation, and utensil cleaning, etc.

4. Follow the shift schedule to execute early and late shifts, flexibly adjust personal time to meet the restaurant's operational needs.

5. Regularly participate in internal training or skills improvement activities, and continuously improve cooking skills and service awareness.

Requirements:

1. Have relevant culinary experience, familiar with basic cooking techniques and common Chinese cuisine operations.

2. Able to accept early and late shifts, with good time management skills and responsibility.

3. Work carefully and meticulously, pay attention to sanitation and safety regulations, and strictly abide by food safety rules.

4. Strong team spirit, able to coordinate and cooperate with colleagues to complete kitchen tasks.

5. Have high requirements for food quality, and be able to provide consistent output effects according to established standards.
