Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Specialist

Main responsibilities

1. Graphic and visual design

Design high-quality logos, banners, social media posts, brochures, flyers, packaging, and other marketing materials.

Ensure all visual content is consistent with the brand image.

Edit and optimize images/videos for digital and print media.

Collaborate with the marketing team to provide creative concepts for promotional activities.

2. Digital marketing and social media management

Develop and execute social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Plan and schedule content calendar to ensure regular publication.

Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. to monitor and analyze social media performance.

Assist in managing paid advertising activities (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

3. Website and content management

Update and maintain the company website (WordPress, Shopify or other CMS systems).

Optimize content to improve SEO (search engine optimization) results.

Collaborate with copywriters to create compelling blog posts, e-newsletters, and email marketing content.

4. Brand promotion and marketing support

Assist in developing brand guidelines to ensure visual style consistency.

Requirements and skills for employment

Educational requirements: Associate's/ bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital marketing, visual arts or related fields.

Work experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience (a portfolio is required).

Technical skills:

Familiar with Canva, Photoshop or other design tools.

Understand social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).

Have basic SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing knowledge.

Soft skills:

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks on time.

Have good communication skills and team spirit.

Able to adapt to the latest trends in design and digital marketing.

Prioritization criteria

Have video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).

Understand UI/UX design principles.

Familiar with e-commerce marketing (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
