Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead pre‑opening activities, including SOP development, operational workflows, team hiring, and training
Coordinate with project, leasing, and marketing teams to ensure on‑time and effective property launch
Oversee daily operations covering front‑office, housekeeping, maintenance, and community management
Ensure delivery of service excellence and handle resident feedback and issue resolution
Monitor operational performance, cost control, and vendor management
Prepare operation reports and work with internal stakeholders to optimise efficiency and resident experience
Support implementation of community activities and engagement initiatives
Requirements
6–10+ years’ experience in co‑living, serviced apartments, hospitality, or residential operations
Proven experience in pre‑opening / new project launch is essential
Strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and problem‑solving skills
Hands‑on, organised, and customer‑focused mindset
