Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our shopping malls and drive footfall.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to enhance the mall's visibility and attract visitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing materials and content.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and partners to ensure successful collaboration on marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and promotions, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a creative and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
