<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations.</li> <li>Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of property repairs and maintenance tasks.</li> <li>Respond to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.<br>Collaborate with the leasing team to market available units, conduct property tours, and process lease applications.</li> <li>Assist in preparing and managing property budgets, monitoring expenses, and reporting on financial performance.</li> <li>Maintain accurate property records, lease agreements, and tenant information in compliance with regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Conduct property inspections and ensure that properties are well-maintained and in compliance with safety and health regulations.</li> <li>Assist in implementing policies and procedures to enhance property operations and tenant satisfaction.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in property management or related field.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li> <li>Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations.</li> </ul>
