A market‑leading global freight forwarder headquartered in Hong Kong is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to drive enterprise‑scale AI innovation across air, ocean, and contract logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver AI/ML solutions for forecasting, pricing, ETA prediction, document automation, and operational optimization
Architect end‑to‑end AI platforms integrated with TMS, WMS, ERP, and CRM systems
Lead cloud‑based AI and MLOps frameworks (Azure preferred)
Partner with global stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
Requirements
7–12+ years’ experience in AI, ML, or solution architecture
Proven delivery of enterprise or global AI solutions
Strong Python and ML framework experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Cloud AI platform experience (Azure / AWS / GCP)
Logistics or supply chain experience is a strong advantage
