Human resources and administrative manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall planning and management of the company's daily administrative affairs, optimize the office environment, ensure a clean and orderly office, and improve overall operating efficiency.

3. Coordinate the purchase and inventory control of office supplies, allocate resources rationally, and effectively reduce administrative costs.

4. Assist the human resources department in completing employee attendance records, holiday management, and related administrative procedures to ensure that the system is implemented and enforced.

5. Maintain external relationships with government agencies, cooperative units, etc., establish good interactive mechanisms, enhance corporate image and external communication effectiveness.

Work requirements

Have a college degree or above, majoring in administrative management, secretarial studies or related fields are preferred.

Having more than three years of administrative or office management work experience, with good organizational and coordination skills and high execution efficiency.

Familiar with common office software operations, with basic writing and file processing abilities.

Work attitude is detailed and serious, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
