Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for inputting data and daily financial records into the accounting system to ensure accurate financial information

• Independently handle the company's full range of accounting affairs, including income and expenditure verification and account management

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual accounting statements, and complete the settlement process on time

• Handle accounting tasks assigned by various departments, such as reconciliation with other departments and processing expense reimbursements

• Use Peachtree accounting software to handle supplier accounts payable related matters

• Second 5 or above, those holding LCCI Intermediate Certificate in Accounting are given priority

• Have at least 3 years of relevant accounting work experience, familiar with corporate accounting processes

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic reading and writing abilities in Chinese and English

• Proficient in operating MS Excel and other office software, with basic computer application skills

• Work carefully, responsibly, and proactively, and have good communication and coordination skills

• Enjoy a five-day work week, with work hours from Monday to Friday (or choose a long or short week schedule)
