Yi Mei Gondola

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with Architect / Clients on drawings and material submission;

• Monitoring the project master programming/schedules;

• Prepare monthly progress reports / rolling program / working notices / statutory permit application;

• Coordinate with subcontractors and liaise with the main contractor for the gondola system installation;

• Follow up on projects and report to the Project Manager

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services/Civil/Mechanical or other related Engineering disciplines;

• Proficiency in MS Office and AUTOCAD software applications;

• Good communication and project coordination

• Good command of written and communication skills in both English and Chinese;

• Self-motivated and well-organized;

• Good planning, analytical and diagnostic skills for defect investigation and problem solving;

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Engineer;

• Fresh graduates are also welcome;

• Immediately available is highly preferable
