Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to promote related products/services

Process and follow up customer inquiries related to products/services information

Requirements:

HKCEE/DSE or above

Bank/telephone sales experience is preferred

Good Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin

Have good communication and phone skills

Familiarity with computer operations (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese typing (Cangjie/Simplified)

Working location: Kowloon District

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-21:00 (9-hour shift)

Salary: $18,000.00 per month
