<p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Independently responsible for the whole process of business orders, ensuring the timely delivery and completion of company business. </p><p>2. Independently responsible for customer relationship business maintenance and tracking, in-depth maintenance of corporate customers, establish long-term trust relationships, regular visits to customers, understanding of business needs, pain points and potential opportunities, formulation of personalized service solutions, and improvement of customer satisfaction and renewal rates. </p><p>3. Receive and answer customer inquiries.</p><p>4. Provide pre-sales and post-sales customer support and problem resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.</p><p>5. Complete related business documents on time according to the company and the leader's requirements.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, those with sales experience are preferred, fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and English can be used as a working language.</p><p>2. Outgoing personality, flexible in dealing with things, strong communication and expression skills, team collaboration ability, and a certain amount of stress resistance.</p><p>3. Proficient in Word, Excel, Ppt, etc. office software.</p><p>4.
