Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for process purchase orders and confirm delivery with the suppliers
- Administrate purchasing documents and records
- Data entry, PO Processing and document filing
- Monitor stock inventory and maintain an updated purchasing database and filing system
- Work closely with suppliers and factories for order follow up and delivery schedule
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- DSE graduate or above
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Proactive, well-organized, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently andattention in details
- Well versed in written English and Chinese
