Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for e-commerce platform product selection strategy planning and execution, based on market trends, consumer behavior and sales data, screen potential new categories and SKU, and improve overall conversion rate and profit performance.

• Coordinate the new product testing process, including sample procurement, cost calculation, shelf setup, promotion scheme design and A/B testing scheduling, and track core indicators such as exposure, clicks, add-to-cart and conversion during the testing cycle.

• Continuously conduct cross-platform market research (such as Amazon, Taobao, HKTVmall, Carousell, etc.), analyze competitor product selection logic, pricing strategy and user reviews, and output implementable optimization suggestions.

• Collaborate with operations, design and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of product selection and page presentation, inventory management and logistics support; quickly adjust product selection direction or off-market decision based on test feedback.

• Have basic market analysis skills, be able to use Excel proficiently for data processing and basic statistics, and be familiar with Google Analytics, Shopify back-end or mainstream e-commerce back-end operators are preferred.

• Have a keen sense of the consumer market, pay attention to pop culture, social platform topics and local life dynamics, and be able to extract selection inspiration and user pain points from daily observations.

• Fluent in Cantonese as the main communication language, with good English and Mandarin reading and conversational skills, able to independently read overseas product information, write bilingual test summaries.

• Active and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and coordinate across departments; willing to accept new things and able to adapt to the fast-paced and flexible e-commerce work environment.

• Monthly salary range is HKD 30,000 to 36,000, with a first salary review after three months of employment based on personal ability and performance, with clear promotion channels and salary adjustment mechanisms.

• Standard five-day work schedule (Monday to Friday), 8 hours per day.

• Enjoy statutory public holidays, paid annual leave (7 days in the first year, increasing annually to 14 days), sick leave (at least 2 days per year), maternity leave/paternity leave, etc., in accordance with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.

• Provide on-the-job training resources, including internal product selection workshops, external e-commerce course subsidies, platform certification exam assistance, and support for employees’ continuous professional development.

• The team regularly holds dinners, quarterly theme activities and annual trips to create an open and friendly work atmosphere; the office is located in the Belgian Bank Building on Yau Tong Road in Mong Kok, with convenient transportation, near the MTR station and diverse food stalls.
