Human Resources Management
Recruitment: Independently complete the entire recruitment process, including developing recruitment plans, expanding recruitment channels, screening resumes, organizing interviews, and conducting effectiveness assessments.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Handle new employee onboarding procedures and organize training; properly manage employee departure processes and conduct exit interviews.
Compensation and Benefits: Assist with compensation calculations and adjustments, answer compensation-related inquiries; maintain the company's benefits system and handle related procedures.
Employee Relations: Timely resolve employee inquiries and complaints to enhance employee satisfaction; plan and organize team-building activities to foster a positive team atmosphere.
Administrative Management
Office Environment Maintenance: Manage daily office affairs, including the procurement and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
Document Management: Establish and maintain a document management system, responsible for document receipt, filing, and storage.
Procurement and Supplier Management: Complete administrative procurement tasks and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications
Professional Skills
Work Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience in human resources or administrative management, with the ability to independently handle related tasks; experience in a startup company is preferred.
Preferred Conditions : Candidates with recruitment experience in factory construction and maintenance positions will be given priority.
Recent Graduates: Those with relevant internships or work experience, or those with a related major, will also be considered.
Personal Qualities
Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and strong team collaboration awareness.
Strong learning ability to quickly adapt to and handle diverse work requirements.
