Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide education consultation to prospective students and their parents
- Handle inquiries and follow up on students' application process
- Assist students with admission to local and overseas schools, colleges, or universities
- Explore and study all related local and overseas education programs and prepare related brochures/products
- Conduct literature reviews, marketing research, and competitor analysis of new and existing programs
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above is required
- Relevant experience in the education sector or education consultancy is required
- Good command of written Chinese and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
- Good computer skills are preferred
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Mature, responsible, and able to work independently
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant role
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide education consulting services to students and parents who are interested in applying for further study
- Handling inquiries and following up on students' application process
- Assist students in applying to local and overseas schools, colleges or universities
- Explore and research all local and overseas education programs, and prepare relevant promotional/product information
- Conduct market research, evaluate existing plans, and analyze competitors
- Execute other temporary tasks
Requirements:
- Have relevant work experience in the education industry or post-secondary immigration
- Have good Chinese writing skills and Mandarin, Cantonese and English oral skills
- Applicants with good computer skills will be given priority
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Mature, responsible, and able to work independently
- Less experienced candidates will be considered for assistant positions
