Job Description
Are you a professional tech-savvy person with tremendous passion in technological problem-solving? If you’re proficient in ERP system and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in ERP System to resolve user inquiries and support tickets.
- Engage with users via email, Skype, and Helpdesk to provide top-notch assistance.
- Gather valuable feedback from users and relay it to the project team for continuous improvement.
- Test and demonstrate Odoo’s functionalities to ensure smooth operations.
- Create comprehensive documentation for support and user training.
- Take charge of setting up products, customers, and other essential elements.
Requirement:
Must-Haves:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional fluency in English.
- Good command of Cantonese speaking.
- Empathy, patience, and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- No working experience required for ERP system/ IT Industry
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with an ERP system.
- Familiarity with Odoo and its functionalities.
- Sociable and outgoing personality, fostering positive interactions.
- Experience in ticket-based support.
- Willingness to continually learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and tools for screenshots and screen-clippings.
