Job Description
Our client is a listed company in the energy sector. They are currently applying for SFC Type 4 and Type 9 license corporation. They are looking for 2 experienced SFC Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) licensed Responsible Officer (ROs) to oversee and assist with the licensing application for the company; set-up LPF and manage fund operation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full SFC licensing application process;
- Act as Responsible Officer for SFC Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities;
- Develop & implement compliance policies, procedures and internal controls for the investment strategies;
- Responsible on LPF set-up and oversee fud establishment and structuring in relevant jurisdictions;
- Manage ongoing fund operations and administration;
- Liaise with SFC and other regulated activities and establish risk management, AML and KYC framework;
- Report to senior management and handle ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or above in BBA, Finance, Law or related discipline.
- Holder of SFC Type 4 and Type 9 licenses, with unconditional Responsible Officer status is a must.
- 5 years or above relevant experience in financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SFC regulations and guidelines.
- With experienced in SFC licensing applications process will be an advantage.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
