Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist engineers in monitoring project progress, including pit laying, new station cable installation, and other power infrastructure
Responsible for organizing and updating engineering files and reports to ensure accurate data is submitted on time
Execute daily administrative affairs, including meeting scheduling, file archiving, email processing and procurement application support work
Participate in outdoor inspections and on-site audits as needed, record project status and immediately report any abnormalities.
Advanced diploma or above in related subjects, those with basic engineering or electrical knowledge are preferred
Document processing experience, familiar with MS Office (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office software
Have good communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate and cooperate with people of different levels and external contractors
Work proactive, attention to details, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Need to cooperate with a small amount of outdoor work, should have basic safety awareness and follow construction site safety regulations.
