<p>Job Responsibilities</p><p>1. Responsible for developing and implementing the company's investor relations (IR) strategy, maintaining and improving the company's good communication with investors, analysts and the capital market.</p><p></p><p>3. Timely communicate the company's business strategy, financial performance and business progress, enhance the company's market image and investor confidence.</p><p>4. Analyze market dynamics and investor feedback, provide market information support, and optimize the company's financing and capital operation plans.</p><p>5. Lead the IR team, coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, ensure accurate and timely information disclosure, and comply with the regulations of listed companies.</p><p>6. Monitor and report on the company's stock performance and market sentiment, manage investor relations risks, and maintain stable investor relations.</p><p>7. Evaluate the technology industry and market trends, and propose strategic advice to the company's management to support the maximization of the company's long-term value.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, business administration or related fields.</p><p>2. At least 5 years of Hong Kong listed company investor relations work experience, those with technology company IR experience are preferred.</p><p>3. Familiar with the rules of the Hong Kong stock market and the disclosure requirements of listed companies, with good knowledge of capital market operations. </p><p>4. Excellent communication and oral expression skills in Chinese and English, able to use Mandarin, Cantonese and English for cross-cultural exchange.</p><p>5. Have excellent project management and team leadership skills, good at cross-departmental coordination and pushing for matters to be implemented.</p><p>6. Have good research and handling abilities and crisis public relations experience, and be able to effectively respond to investor attention and sudden situations. </p><p>7. Have financial analysis skills and business acumen, and be able to deeply understand company operations and industry dynamics.</p>
