<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>Perform Telesales roles & responsibilities to cross-sell loan products to customers through making outbound calls and receiving inbound hotline. Deliver consistent quality services to customers and achieve sales targets.<br></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Promote the bank’s loan products to new and existing customers with the purpose of generating business revenue to the Bank.</li><li>Provide feedbacks to Managers on the Marketing campaigns and ideas for enhancements.</li><li>Achieve the sales targets and objectives and meet service standard.</li><li>Comply all internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements.<br></li></ul><p><strong>Incumbent Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Secondary education with minimum 1 year's working experience.</li><li>Relevant experience in sales or customer services is an advantage.</li><li>Good communication skills, aggressive and hardworking.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales target.</li></ul>
