Job Description
Job Responsibilities：
1. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good relationships with existing customers, communicate regularly to understand customer needs and feedback.
2. Sales Support: Identify potential sales opportunities, drive product and service sales, and achieve sales targets.
3. Solution provider: Provide customized payment solutions based on customer needs to assist customers in resolving any issues they may encounter during use.
4. Market analysis: Collect and analyze market information, understand industry trends and competitive dynamics, and provide support for company strategy.
5. Project management: Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet customer expectations. Training and Support: Provide product training to customers to ensure they fully utilize our payment solutions.
6. Customer satisfaction survey: Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys, collect feedback, and propose improvement suggestions.
Required Skills:
1. Communication skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities, able to clearly express complex concepts.
2. Sales skills: Possess good sales skills and negotiation abilities, able to drive sales growth.
3. Customer orientation: Strong customer service awareness, able to understand and meet customer needs.
4. Problem solving ability: able to analyze problems and propose effective solutions.
5. Teamwork: Able to work closely with cross departmental teams to drive project success.
Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, marketing, business or related fields.
2. More than 2 years of customer management experience, with priority given to those with experience in foreign banks.
3. Familiar with foreign exchange and international settlement is preferred.
4. Capable of adapting to fast-paced work environments, possessing strong self motivation and time management skills.
5. Fluent English oral and written communication skills, proficiency in other languages is preferred.
